Terms
The rules of Yasakia
Yasakia works because people are honest and kind to each other. These terms say what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.

Who we are
Yasakia is made by Krizaka, in Québec. The app is free; its code is open source under the Apache 2.0 licence.
Who can use Yasakia
You must be 18 or older, use one account only, and be who you say you are: your photos show you, and only you; your name is yours.
You keep your sign-in codes to yourself. If you think someone else used your account, sign out everywhere from the settings and tell us.
How we treat each other
No harassment, threats, hate, or pressure. No scams, requests for money, advertising or recruiting. No sexual content, and nothing involving a minor — ever; we report such content to the authorities.
Respect a no, a pass, or silence. An intro that fades is not a failure; insisting is.
When you meet someone, choose a public place, tell a friend, and leave whenever you want. We do not run background checks.
The agent
The agent is an AI. It helps you describe yourself and opens batches of people who could suit you — both ways. It can be wrong, it never gives medical, legal or financial advice, and it never talks about other members.
Nobody pays to skip a debrief or to get a bigger batch: the rules are the same for everyone.
Blocks, reports and sanctions
You can block or report anyone from their card, their profile or an intro. A block is immediate and invisible to the other person. A report is kept and reviewed; the person is never told who reported them.
We may hide a photo, freeze an intro, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and keep what a review needs.
What you share
Your photos and words remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people Yasakia introduces you to, only for as long as your account exists.
Leaving, and the rest
You can pause your account or delete it at any time from the app. We may change these terms; when it matters, the app tells you before it applies.
Yasakia is provided as it is, without a promise of a match. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
