Your account

Delete your Yasakia account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app, in a few seconds. It is permanent: everything that is yours disappears.

From the app

  1. Open Yasakia and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. You are signed out and your account no longer exists.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to us from the e-mail address of your account through our contact form, asking us to delete it. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Immediately: your account, profile, rounded position, conversation with the agent and portrait, batches and debriefs, intros and their messages, blocks and notification tokens.
  • Within 30 days at most — usually within minutes: your photos, from our storage.
  • A confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.

What remains

  • A record that a deletion happened: a random identifier and its date, nothing that identifies you.
  • Reports filed by or about you, for safety reviews, without any link to your account.
  • The cost figures of the agent's calls (size and duration, never their content), without any link to you.
